A project brief begins a conversation. Scope, price, timing, ownership, confidentiality, support and third-party costs are agreed only in a written engagement document.

Yarvix content, brand material and original conceptual artwork cannot be reused without permission. Client and founder-experience material remains subject to the rights and permissions described with it.
